At FREELetics GOALS Gym in Sakuragicho, we offer a wide variety of programs!

From Calisthenics, Pilates, and HIIT to Kickboxing and Jiu-Jitsu, our schedule is packed with exciting classes.
We also offer many beginner-friendly programs, so even first-timers or those with little confidence in their fitness can join with ease.

Calisthenics

Calisthenics is a growing global trend that uses only your own body weight for training. Our gym is the only one in Yokohama offering a dedicated calisthenics class!

Kickboxing class

Kickboxing

A fun class open to everyone, from beginners to advanced. Trainers adjust the program to each participant’s level, so you can train safely without worry.
*Free glove rental available

Pilates class

Pilates (Mat Pilates)

Open to everyone, from complete beginners to experienced practitioners. Great for posture correction and core strengthening, recommended for both men and women.

HYROX is the latest global fitness trend. It combines running with 8 workout stations for a full-body training experience.

Jiu-Jitsu class

Jiu-Jitsu

Open to all levels, from beginners to experienced. Learn the basics carefully while improving flexibility, stamina, and self-defense skills.
*No gi required. Wear fitted sportswear.

From Bashamichi Station (2 min walk): Exit from Exit 5 and walk along Sakura-dori toward Nihon-Odori Station. The gym is about a 2-minute walk.
