Terms of Service

This Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") stipulates the conditions for using the fitness services and facilities (hereinafter referred to as the "Facilities") provided by [Freeletics Goals] (hereinafter referred to as the "Gym"). Members using the Facilities (hereinafter referred to as "Members") and everyone using personal training must use them in accordance with these Terms.

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms shall apply to all relationships concerning the use of the Facilities between the Gym and users (Members and personal training users).

Article 2 (Membership Eligibility)

Those who can join the Gym as Members must meet all the following requirements:

• Those who agree to and can comply with these Terms and other rules separately stipulated by the Gym.
• Those who are [16] years of age or older. (Minors require the consent of a parent or guardian.)
• Those who have no health issues and are not prohibited from exercising by a doctor.
• Those who do not have infectious diseases or any other illnesses that may be transmitted or infect others.
• Those who do not belong to organized crime groups, are not members of such groups, or any other anti-social forces.

Article 3 (Business Hours)

The business hours of the Gym are as follows. However, business hours may be temporarily closed or changed due to facility inspections, etc.

• Weekdays: 9:00 - 22:00 (Last entry at 21:30)
• Weekends & Holidays: 9:00 - 21:00 (Last entry at 20:30)

Article 4 (Membership Fees, Other Expenses, and Payment Methods)

1. Members shall pay the following initial fees upon enrollment:
   • Enrollment Fee: 5,500 yen (tax included)
   • Administration Fee: 2,200 yen (tax included)
   • Prorated membership fee for the enrollment month (320 yen per day)
   • Monthly membership fee for the following month: 9,900 yen (tax included)
2. The payment method for the monthly membership fee is, in principle, only by automatic credit card deduction, processed on the 26th of each month. Only in cases where a credit card cannot be used for some reason, payment over the counter will be permitted, provided the Member consults with the staff in advance and obtains approval.
3. If the automatic deduction fails on the 26th of the month, the Gym will promptly contact the Member. If payment cannot be confirmed following the guidance, the Member shall lose their membership (withdrawal).
4. Membership fees and other expenses once paid will not be refunded for any reason, except as required by law.

Article 5 (Use of Personal Training)

1. Those wishing to take personal training sessions must make an advance reservation.
2. Personal training can be used even by non-members who have not joined the Gym (no enrollment fee or monthly membership fee required).
3. Fees are based on a ticket system and are set as follows (all prices include tax):
   • 1 session: 5,500 yen
   • 4 sessions: 20,900 yen
   • 6 sessions: 29,700 yen
   • 8 sessions: 38,500 yen
4. The expiration date of purchased tickets is within 6 months from the date of purchase. Tickets past the expiration date will become invalid, and no refunds will be given for unused tickets.

Article 6 (Prohibited Acts)

Users must not engage in the following acts when using the Facilities:

• Acts that violate laws, ordinances, or public order and morals.
• Slander, violence, intimidation, or nuisance behavior toward other users or staff.
• Acts of intentionally damaging, defacing, or removing equipment or fixtures in the Facilities.
• Buying, selling, soliciting, or engaging in business activities without permission.
• Using the Facilities while under the influence of alcohol.
• [Acts that hinder other users' use of the Facilities, such as yelling, screaming, or handling machines roughly.]
• Other acts deemed inappropriate by the Gym.

Article 7 (Disclaimers)

Article 8 (Restriction, Prohibition, and Expulsion of Use)

The Gym may prohibit the use of the Facilities or forcibly expel a user if they fall under any of the following:

• If they violate these Terms.
• If they fall in arrears with the payment of membership fees, etc., and do not respond to contact or demands from the Gym.
• If there is a falsehood in the declarations made at the time of enrollment or reservation.
• If they damage the honor or credibility of the Gym.

Article 9 (Suspension and Withdrawal)

1. If a Member wishes to suspend or withdraw their membership, they must submit the Gym's prescribed "Notification of Suspension" or "Notification of Withdrawal" at the front desk by the 10th of the month preceding the desired month (please ask the staff for details on the procedure). Procedures only by phone or email are not accepted.
2. During the suspension period, a suspension fee of 1,100 yen (tax included) per month must be paid.
3. Membership is lost at the time the withdrawal procedure is completed. If you wish to rejoin after withdrawing once, it will be treated as a new enrollment, and you will be required to pay the prescribed enrollment fee and administration fee again.

Article 10 (Amendment of Terms)

The Gym may amend these Terms at any time without prior notice to users when it deems it necessary. The amended Terms shall become effective from the time they are made known by methods such as posting on the Gym's website or within the Facilities.
